Having stayed numerous times over the past few months I can say that it is very nice place. I was always in a different room each time and it was the last room that I was in that is the reason why I didn't give 5 stars for the rooms. I didn't like the bathroom as the shower door opens in such a way that you have to slide in from a small gap between the toilet and the sink. Plus the bearing in the ceiling exhaust fan needs replacing. Aside from that one bathroom in that particular room it was an enjoyable experience every time

Early checking in after leaving the cruise was excellent. This motel has a railway station opposite which is a fast 15min trip into the city. It was an easy ride to the airport the following day.||The staff are very helpful and quick to respond to enquiries ||

Staff were very accomodating, kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and clean (very important) and so was the room. ||We loved that this was only 10 mins from the airport, 10 mins from the city and plenty of great cafes around the corner for breakfast and lunch.

What a s@&t hole, 5 people expected to fit into a room the size of a shoe box, we have just travelled from Victoria to Qld the worst place by far we have stayed in, aircon was noisy, smelt, shower head needs changing was horrible water just dribble out of it. We thought we booked a room with a king bed and 3 single bed, not a king with a bunk and trundle bed. I have no idea how it gets 4 stars rating. spend some money on the place and fix it up. Can’t believe best western (as a rep I stay at them all the time) allow these standard's.
